Who we are
Khosha Systems operates PASSAGE and this website. We are the organization responsible for the personal information described here. This notice does not cover the client records that a practice keeps inside PASSAGE; the practice is responsible for those, under its own privacy notice.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we collect the details you type: your name, practice, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, RCIC number, practice size, the topic that costs you the most time and any message. When the form is submitted our server also records the time, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, which we use to limit abuse.
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo and, if you go ahead, set up your practice. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Khosha Systems staff who handle enquiries. Enquiries are stored on our own server. If we send ourselves an email notification of an enquiry, it passes through an email delivery service acting on our behalf.
How long we keep it
While we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact if you do not become a customer. Customers’ details move into the customer account. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw consent to being contacted. Write to ankit@khoshasystems.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
